L.J. Sevin, Strategic Partner
L. J. is a founding partner of Sevin-Rosen Funds, the lead investor in Compaq, Lotus, Ciena and dozens of other successful information technology ventures. He also was founder and CEO of Mostek Corporation and a founding investor in Ciena, Compaq, Lotus, Cypress Semiconductor, Convex and Cyrix. L. J.'s experience includes semiconductor development for MOS integrated circuits, magnetic film memories and opto-electronics. He has served on numerous academic and corporate boards and holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Louisiana State University.

H. Berry Cash, Strategic Partner
Berry is a general partner in InterWest Partners and focuses on the information technology sector. He was
co-founder and VP of marketing and sales for Mostek, held key marketing and engineering positions at Texas Instruments and provided marketing consulting services to Apple and Intecom. He has been active on the boards of leading IT companies, including Ciena, Cyrix, Convex and i2. Berry was also a founding investor in Cyrix, Benchmarq, Crystal, Ciena, Convex, Pronet and others. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M; and an M.B.A. from Western Michigan University.
  Robert Palmer, Fund Advisor
Bob is an innovator of breakthrough semiconductor technologies, a Fortune 100 corporate executive and a computer industry expert. As Chairman and CEO of Digital Equipment Corporation, Bob guided its restructuring and negotiated its merger with Compaq to create the world's second-largest computer manufacturer. Bob is a Board member of Allied Signals, a founding member of Mostek and a veteran executive of Texas Instruments. As former Chairman of the Computer Systems Policy Project, Bob represented the computer industry on policy issues to the US government. He has also served on the boards of leading industry, research and economic development institutions. Bob holds a B.S. in Mathematics and an M.S. in Physics from Texas Tech University. He received an honorary Doctor of Commercial Science Degree from Bentley College.

David Bellet, Fund Advisor
David Bellet is a Founder and the Chairman of Crown Advisors International Ltd. which has been providing investment advice to its worldwide clients since 1981. Crown Advisors is devoted to the long term investment of funds in emerging public and private high growth companies. Prior to the founding of Crown Advisors, David had been at Citibank for over 13 years. As a Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager he pioneered the use of alternative investments and venture capital for institutional clients in 1975. He currently serves as an independent advisor to several U.S. and international venture capital firms and is a Trustee of the Foundation for Teaching Economics. He received his B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh and his M.B.A. from Columbia University.

  Joshua Ruch, Fund Advisor
Joshua Ruch co-founded Rho Management and is currently its Managing General Partner. Rho is a New York-based investment firm with over $2 billion under management. Rho’s activities include venture capital investing in the information technology, telecommunications, Internet and healthcare sectors, as well as investing in private equity funds and public securities. Currently, Joshua sits on the boards of Diacrin, Diversa, Human Genome Sciences, Parlo, 3-D Pharmaceuticals, Tech Smart and Yantra.
  Tom Aschenbrenner, Fund Advisor, Technology Advisor
Tom co-founded Intecom Corporation and is a recognized expert in the telecommunications industry. He worked with Bell Labs and was an early employee at Danray Corporation, one of the first independent developers of telecommunications switches. Tom is also an advisor to several venture capital firms, including Sevin Rosen Funds and InterWest Partners. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin.
  Steve Wallach, Fund Advisor, Technology Advisor
Co-founder and CTO of Chiaro Networks, Steve is a leading computer architect, industry spokesperson and White House advisor. Steve co-founded Convex Computer and also served as a computer architect at Rolm, Data General and Raytheon. He has been elected to the National Academy of Engineering and is a member of the Presidential Information Technology Advisory Committee. A holder of 33 patents, Steve earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn, an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, and an M.B.A. from Boston University.
  Kent Fuka, Fund Advisor, Technology Advisor
Kent has worked with three successful, venture-backed start-up companies since 1980. He served five years as Vice President of Customer Service at Tivoli Systems and nine years in product development, marketing and customer service management positions at Convex Computer. Kent was also an early employee of Apollo Computer, where he was responsible for marketing as well as field sales and service. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Southern Methodist University, and an M.Astron. from James Cook University.
