Founded
in 1996, Texas-based CenterPoint Ventures has invested in over forty
companies including: Active Power (Nasdaq: ACPW), Applied Science
Fiction (acquired by Kodak), Carrius Technologies, Covaro Networks,
GlobeRanger, Medical Present Value, NetBotz, Silicon Laboratories
(Nasdaq: SLAB), and Voyence. CenterPoint Ventures’ investment
professionals include several of the most seasoned high tech entrepreneurs
in Texas. Each partner has an
average of twenty years operating experience within the sectors in
which the firm typically invests. These investment sectors include
enterprise software and services, communications infrastructure,
business applications, and semiconductors. CenterPoint Ventures currently
