VENTURE CAPITAL FIRMS
CenterPoint actively collaborates with other venture capital firms. We invite co-investment on early-stage deals, and proactively syndicate larger, late-stage investments with leading, highly capitalized venture firms. Our venture capital network encompasses small, specialty firms as well as multi-billion dollar funds, and covers the country's major high-tech hotbeds.

In Dallas, CenterPoint shares a long, productive history and multiple investment deals (as well as corporate offices on the Galleria's 16th Floor) with Sevin Rosen Funds and InterWest Partners.

In Austin, we've recreated this collaborative "16th Floor" environment by sharing deals (and office suites) with ARCH Venture Partners, and Triton Ventures, and the new Austin branch of Sevin-Rosen Funds. We've also teamed up on investments with Austin Ventures, SSM Venture Partners and TL Ventures.

In Silicon Valley, CenterPoint works closely with communications-industry analyst and seed-stage investor RHK. and The Infrastructure Fund as well as the California branches of InterWest Partners and Sevin-Rosen Funds.

On the East Coast, CenterPoint collaborates with Crescendo, Polaris, Rho Management and other prominent venture capital firms.

ACCELERATORS
CenterPoint has a long history of working with technology accelerators. In fact, CenterPoint Partners co-founded and continue to invest in STARTech, a highly recognized technology accelerator with offices in Austin and Richardson, Texas. STARTech puts entrepreneurs on the fast track to success by offering educational programs, business resources, seed-stage capital and a network of mentors and industry contacts. CenterPoint's close alliance with STARTech and other technology incubators gives us the advantage of identifying high-potential investments at a very early stage.

INDUSTRY ANALYSTS
We maximize our investment opportunities through our close affiliations with prominent industry analysts, including RHK (Ryan, Hankin and Kent) in Silicon Valley. Specializing in advanced technologies for the public telecommunications network, RHK provides industry research and consulting services to technology vendors, service providers and the investment community. CenterPoint helped RHK established The Infrastructure Fund in Silicon Valley, which in turn affords us unique access to superior investment opportunities in early-stage communications ventures. And approaching an eventual liquidation event, CenterPoint's established relationships with major investment bankers help give our portfolio companies a high profile on Wall Street.

CORPORATE NETWORK
CenterPoint has built a valuable network of corporate contacts through decades of executive experience in the high tech industries, particularly in the areas of communications infrastructure, computer products, semiconductor and business software and services. Through this powerful corporate network, CenterPoint can help entrepreneurs acquire key customers, strategic partners, or potential suitors for mergers and acquisitions. We also actively co-invest with the venture funds of several Global 2000 corporations, including Intel.
